Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges (per person) would be as follows:

- 0-5 days prior to arrival: 100% of the tour /service cost

- 6-15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the tour/service cost

- 16-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost

- 31-45 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour/service cost

- 46-60 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour/service cost

- 61-90 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost

- 91-120 days prior to arrival: 15% of the tour/service cost

- 121-900 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
Exclusions

- Govt Tax of 5.00% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned

- Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Fuel Price for ‘I-fly tours’ and any applicability of new taxes from Government

- Any upgradation in Airline class or hotel room category

- Cost of Insurance

- Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation

- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour

- Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu

- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency

- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary

- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
